Good idea, minor issues

I ordered a Mystery Football Kit and overall, I'm happy with the shirt I received. It was authentic and fit well. Shipping took about a week, which was a little longer than I hoped, but it did arrive safely. My only suggestion would be clearer tracking updates. The value was pretty good for a brand new shirt.

Decent shirt, slow delivery

I bought the Mystery Football Kit for my son. The shirt itself was good, a quality brand new item as promised. He liked it, even if it wasn't his top team. However, it took almost two weeks to arrive from the UK, which felt a bit long. I had hoped it would come sooner. Customer service was polite when I asked about the delay, though.

Got a cool European club shirt

Ordered a Mystery Football Shirt the other week. Honestly, I just wanted to see what I'd get. It came in about a week and a half, which was okay for international. The shirt was from a European team I actually recognized, which was a nice surprise. It's brand new and fits just right. Might do it again sometime.

First order, good value

I decided to try Mystery Shirt Club after seeing some ads, mostly because I found a discount for my first box. I ordered the Mystery Football Shirt. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. The shirt arrived in about 8 days, which was fine. The packaging was simple but effective. I got a shirt from a European club team, which was cool and not one I already owned. For the price I paid with the discount, it felt like a really good deal. I'm considering the monthly subscription now.

So much fun!

I got the One-off Mystery Box and it was SO exciting to open! The shirt was a club team I recognized and the quality was excellent. I even got a team I wouldn't have picked myself, which was the whole point. Will definitely order again!

Thinking of getting a mystery box for my kid, but he's super picky. Can I actually tell them which teams he hates?

C Colin Doyle 2 months ago

Yeah, you can. There's a section during checkout or in your account where you can list teams to avoid. I did it for my brother, worked out great.

They let you put down a few teams to exclude, I think up to five? So like, if he despises a rival club, you can definitely block that out.

Anyone tried Mystery Shirt Club AND Surprise Shirts? Wondering which one is better for variety.

D Daisy Z. 2 months ago

I've used both. MSC (Mystery Shirt Club) seems to have a slightly wider range of obscure clubs and national teams, which I personally like. Surprise Shirts felt a bit more mainstream to me.

MSC is good. My friend uses Surprise Shirts and got a pretty cool one. I guess it just depends on luck, but MSC has given me some real gems from different leagues across the world, not just Europe.

Got a 10% off code for my first order. Can I also use a student discount on top of that?

N Neil B. 2 months ago

Usually not. Most places only let you use one discount code at a time, especially for first-time offers and student stuff. Tried it myself once, didn't work.

Pretty sure most of their promos, especially new customer ones, can't be stacked. It's usually one code per order.

What's the deal with returns if I get a shirt I absolutely hate? Like if it's some obscure team and I'll never wear it?

K Kate M. 3 months ago

Returns are tricky with mystery boxes because it's a surprise product. You can't just send it back because you don't like the team. Usually, returns are only for defects or if you got the wrong size.

E Emma 3 months ago

Yeah, if there's nothing wrong with the shirt, you probably can't return it just because you don't like the team. That's the risk with a mystery box unfortunately.

How long does shipping usually take to California? Trying to figure out if it'll get here before my buddy's birthday.

G Gwen Z. 2 months ago

From what I remember, it's coming from the UK, so give it a bit. Mine took like 10-14 days to the East Coast, so Cali might be a similar timeframe.

i think it depends on the shipping option you pick, but generally expect a couple weeks. not super fast for international.
